Our client needed to roll out a custom native mobile application for iOS and Android in a short time. The look and feel of the new app needed to be similar to the responsive web app and as such, the Out-of-the-Box designs of the Infinity platform required tailoring. The project timeline was tight and the bank had multiple partners working on different streams simultaneously, requiring optimal communication and flexibility to adapt to teams collaborating across different time zones.
The OneAston Infinity team designed, developed and deployed tested code into User Acceptance within three months for the iOS and Android mobile applications. OneAston supported the bank with its tight timelines by deploying a breadth of expertise across the team; working on the various components required to hook up the Infinity Fabric and Journey Manager Services, thereby removing any dependencies to third parties.
Project success relied on efficient integration between the Temenos Infinity platform and various key third parties (Mortgage Cadence, Computer Share, and WDX case management) and applying specific branding and styling requirements. To ensure consistent look and feel across user experiences, it was essential to integrate with other third parties such as Glia, Okta, and Plaid. OneAston designed and developed the customer-onboarding integration for commercial loans (Allvue) and has also integrated with a number of third parties (EWS, Accuity, and Nice Actimize) to support the customization of the funding feature on the Avoka journey platform (Manager and Maestro).
